Structural Engineering for a new 5-story building with 4 levels of residential over retail/parking with a partial basement. There will be approximately 30 residential units and a total project area of 40,000 sf. The existing building will be demolished except the stone façade of the rear building will be preserved and incorporated into the new building design. The retail/parking level will be a podium with Type 1A construction and the residential levels will be Type 5B wood construction. Construction cost will be approximately $7.8 million.
