Structural Engineering for the $6M gut renovation of the 8,000 sf, 1909 historic building as well as the 2,500 sf addition. The constricted lot size was a challenge to the design team, contending with close neighbors and exterior grade changes. The addition featured exposed steel framing that defines the new space aesthetically.
