Structural Engineering for 2 new dormitories totaling approximately 280,000 sf and a new Dining Commons with approximately 39,000 sf. The construction budget for the dorms is $85M and these buildings will include approximately 1,200 beds, as well as classrooms and common areas. The Dining Commons has a construction budget of $19.5M
