Structural Engineering for the renovation and addition of 40,000 sf of museum space. The addition is located on top and adjacent to existing buildings dating back to the 1800’s. Structural work includes underpinning of the existing foundations and alterations/reinforcing of the existing structure. This project was featured in “Architectural Record”. This building is the first art museum in the United States to qualify for a LEED rating with a LEED Silver certification.
