Senior Structural Engineer

​​​

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage projects

  • Oversee and mentor junior engineering staff

  • Review and validate work performed by engineers and drafters

  • Perform internal peer reviews

  • Lead communications as primary contact with architect clients

​

Qualifications:

  • BS and MS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

  • 8 to 10 years of structural engineering work experience

  • PE license

  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and national design standards (AISC, ACI, ASCE)

  • Experience with steel, concrete, and timber design

  • Experience with REVIT and AUTOCAD

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Highly motivated

  • Field experience

​0-2 Year Engineer

​

Responsibilities:

  • Preliminary analysis of structure systems

  • Detailed analytical modeling

  • BIM modeling (REVIT)

  • Coordination with architects

  • Report writing

  • Construction Administration including site visits, review of submittals, problem solving for unexpected conditions

​

Qualifications:

  • BS and MS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

  • Zero to 2 years of structural engineering work experience

  • Experience with steel, concrete, and timber design

  • Experience with REVIT and AUTOCAD

  • Strong communication skills

  • Highly motivated

  • Field experience a plus
