Structural Engineering of this P/A award winning project which consists of a new $10M boathouse and administration space for the public rowing club. CRI is home to the largest fleet of rowing shells operated by a single boathouse in North America. Both buildings in this project utilize innovative, dynamic building skins that completely protect the boats yet open and close easily by hand, introducing daylight and natural ventilation.
