Structural Engineering for a new, $35M, 130,000 GSF, 6 story building with mixed use including residential, commercial, healthcare, and parking. Building construction will be steel framed podium supporting 5 stories of wood-framed residential multi-family construction with 130 to 140 residential units.  This project is pursuing Passive House.
