Structural Engineering for renovations to an existing one-story masonry building with a full basement for use as a teen center. The adaptive reuse of the 13,350-sf parking garage created a space for a basketball court, bowling alley, café, pool table and game room, recording studio, dance and fitness rooms, computer lab, and more. The center was certified LEED Silver.
