Structural Engineering of the new 75,000 sf addition and gut renovations of the 25,000 sf of existing space. The project joined the new building seamlessly with the existing, including upgrading the lateral system in the existing building. The new building included a space-saving concrete core that required careful coordination with the building MEP services, while framing the balance of the building with conventional steel and concrete on metal deck.
