Structural Engineering for a new police station with a floor area of approximately 67,000 square feet. The construction budget is $59M. The new facility provides a, state-of-the-art, four-story building to address the limitations of the previous, overcrowded headquarters, which lacked adequate interview and operating space. The department uses modern, fossil-fuel-free heating and cooling technologies, and high performance-energy saving materials to align with LEED Certifiable and Passive House benchmarks.
