Structural Engineering for the $9.3M addition and extensive renovations to the 24,750 sf existing building. The addition increases the building space to 32,000 sf. Having to compensate for the insufficient original construction, the challenges were overcome by selective rebuilding and reinforcing. The newly renovated building was brought up to the current code.
