Structural Engineering of the new 263,000 sf, $200M court house and parking garage. This 7-story, energy efficient building has a LEED Platinum goal. Located in the historic Hamilton Canal District in downtown Lowell, the challenging site conditions include a high design flood elevation. The state of the art facility has 17 courtrooms housing the Superior, District, Probate & Family, Juvenile, and Housing Courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
