Structural Engineering for a new, $28M, 35,000 sf, three story building to house the Department of Unemployment Assistance administrative offices.  The building includes CLT floors, with steel and glulam beam construction. This was the first public sector project of this scale using CLT, and exclusively public funding in the Commonwealth.   This project is certified LEED Gold.
