Structural Engineering for a new $2.7M visitor center with a floor area of approximately 6,000 sf. This all-electric building includes exposed heavy timber beams and implements Passive House principles. The center also features a 3,000 sf open-air deck of locally sourced, heat-treated ash with a black locust trellis. The project is a LEED Gold and a Net Zero Energy building.
