Structural Engineering for the extensive renovations of the existing historic 1876 Boston & Maine Railroad Depot building to convert it into a performing arts venue. The building sat vacant for decades. The 20,000 sf renewed structure is now part of the city's revitalized urban core. The building contains 3 major teaching spaces: a 100-seat music recital hall, a dance studio and a 2-story, 177-seat theater.
