Structural Engineering for a new 5-story building with mixed use including residential, commercial and parking. The partial basement will provide some parking and is located so as to minimize the impact of the extensive ledge on the site. The 140,000 sf building includes 16,000 sf of office space on the ground floor, community space and amenities for residents, and a second floor green roof with trees. Building construction will be steel framed podium supporting 4 stories of wood-framed residential multi-family construction.
