Structural Engineering for the $50M renovations and upgrades to the existing 100,000 GSF historic building on the STCC campus. The existing building was originally an armory with unreinforced masonry, wood trusses and wood floors. Complete upgrades to the lateral system including new concrete shear walls and reinforced floor diaphragms.
