Structural Engineering for the new 53,000-sf grade school for The Community Group, a leading nonprofit dedicated to education and family support. Located on a beautiful former farm site, the facility will include instructional space, STEM classrooms, offices, gymnasium, cafeteria, playing fields and outdoor learning areas for a seamless connection to nature. The facility will be a home to the Upper School, grade 5-8 students during the day, and will serve an additional 300 students for after-school activities and during the summer. Construction budget is $40M.
