Structural Engineering for a new school building with a project budget of $152M and 191,000 GSF. The new building will house both schools that were previously separate. There is a 3-story grade K-5 structure, and a two story pre-K wing in the All Electric, Net Zero Ready building. Creative outdoor spaces and classrooms include synthetic play fields, a wetland boardwalk, rooftop courtyard, a sensory garden, and a greenhouse.
