Planning, Feasibility Study and Structural Engineering services for support design of the $135M, 225,000 sf new science complex located at the gateway of the campus. Scope of Work includes initial planning to determine building site and location of building and custom design to support the dramatic glass entry area. This project achieved LEED Gold certification. The design included considerations to a strict vibration criteria for lab spaces.
